  • 440g pack WOKKA Singapore Style Noodles
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 250g beef, cut into thin strips
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 200g Green beans cut into halves
  • 200g Baby Corn Spears
  • 1 bunch Chinese broccoli, stems and leaves chopped
  • 175g pack WOKKA Mee Goreng Stir Fry Sauce
  • Toasted sesame seeds and spring onions, for garnish


  1. Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2 - Heat a little of the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Sear beef & set aside.
  3. Step 3 - Add remaining oil to the pan and cook the onion, beans, corn and broccoli stalk ends for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Step 4 - Return beef to the pan with the noodles, broccoli leaves and stir fry sauce. Toss well until noodles have been heated through.
  5. Step 5 - Serve Beef Mee Goreng and noodles garnished with sesame seeds and spring onions.
