  • 440g packet Wokka Thin Style noodles
  • ½ cup Trident Coconut Cream
  • ½ cup Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 500g piece rump steak
  • 3 cups shredded Chinese wombok or cabbage
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated or julienne
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts


  1. Step 1 - Soak noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes to soften, drain, refresh in cold water and drain well. Combine Trident coconut cream, Trident sweet chilli sauce, coriander and lime juice in a small bowl until combined.
  2. Step 2 - Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired liking. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
  3. Step 3 - In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, carrot and noodles. Dress with half the dressing. Arrange on serving plates and top with the sliced steak and pour over remaining dressing and top with roasted peanuts.
