Ingredients

  • 440g pack WOKKA Udon Noodles
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 380g Fresh Duck Breast Fillets
  • Shallots cut into 3cm pieces
  • 1 bunch baby bok choy, stems and leaves chopped
  • 175g pack WOKKA Japanese Style Yaki Udon Stir Fry Sauce
  • Toasted sesame seeds, sprouts and spring onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2 - Preheat oven to 190 degress. Score the duck breast skin and season. In a pan skin down cook till skin is crispy, then flip for 2 min further. Then place on tray in the oven for 15 min.
  3. Step 3 - Heat oil in your pan and cook bok choy & shallots for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Step 4 - add the Udon noodles to your pan, add the Wokka Yaki Udon Stir-fry sauce and combine and heat through.
  5. Step 5 - Remove duck from oven, rest for 5 min, then slice.
  6. Step 6 - Serve the noodles and top with sliced Duck breast. Garnished with sesame seeds, sprouts and spring onions.
