  • 440g pack WOKKA Golden Hokkien Noodles
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 300g raw prawn meat
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 400g Traditional Stir Fry mix vegetables
  • 175g pack WOKKA Honey Soy Stir Fry Sauce
  • Toasted sesame seeds and spring onions, for garnish


  1. Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2 - Heat a little of the oil in a large frying pan or wok and add prawns, then remove and set aside.
  3. Step 3 - Add remaining oil to the pan and cook the onion and stir-fry vegetable mix for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Step 4 - Return prawns to the pan with the noodles and stir fry sauce. Toss well until noodles have been heated through.
  5. Step 5 - Serve Honey Soy prawns and noodles garnished with sesame seeds and spring onions.

A truely authentic sweet soy dish the whole family will enjoy.
