  • 1 pkt Wokka Udon Noodles
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 250g pork belly cut into sections
  • 1 brown onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 250ml chicken stock
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup shredded or grated mild white cheese
  • salt + pepper to taste
  • Chives to garnish


  1. Step 1 - Cook Wokka Udon per package directions, rinse + set aside.
  2. Step 2 - Heat a pan to medium to high & coat with olive oil, add pork belly in.
  3. Step 3 - Once the pork belly has browned add onion and garlic.
  4. Step 4 - Add chicken stock and simmer until liquid reduces. Then add cream & cheese.
  5. Step 5 - Add in cooked udon, mix in evenly.
  6. Step 6 - Remove from heat and plate. Add egg yolk on top and top with chives + cracked pepper.
  7. Step 7 - Mix the egg for a super, creamy, rich pasta!!
