Ingredients

  • 440g pack WOKKA Singapore Noodles
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 400g prawn cutlets
  • 1⁄2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded wombok cabbage
  • 175g pack WOKKA Mee Goreng Stir Fry Sauce
  • Coriander, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2 - Heat a little of the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Pour in egg and swirl to cover the base of the pan. Cook until just set, remove, roll and thinly slice.
  3. Step 3 - Add remaining oil to the pan and cook the prawns over high heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Step 4 - Add the capsicum, cabbage, noodles and stir fry sauce to the pan. Toss well until noodles have been heated through.
  5. Step 5 - Serve Mee Goreng garnished with the egg and coriander.
