Ingredients

  • 440g pack WOKKA Ramen Noodles
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3cm piece ginger, finely grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 spring onions, cut into 3cm lengths
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 250g prawn cutlets, deveined
  • 2 bok choy, halved lengthways (if large, cut into quarters)
  • Additional spring onion and chilli sauce, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1 -Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2 - Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add ginger, garlic and spring onions, cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Step 3 - Add chicken stock, soy, mirin and miso paste. Mix well and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and stir in the prawns and bok choy.
  4. Step 4 - Divide noodles between serving bowls and ladle soup mixture over noodles. Garnish with additional spring onion and chilli sauce.

Warm everyone up with our delicious ramen noodles. Just add your favourite vegetables, protein. We have used chicken stock for the broth enhanced with tasty prawns and miso paste for extra deliciousness.
