  • 1 x 400g packet Wokka Wholegrain Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 300g hot smoked salmon, broken into chunks
  • 1 cup podded edamame beans, defrosted
  • 1 avocado, quartered
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sprouts


  1. Step 1 -Soak noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain, refresh in cold water, drain again and set aside.
  2. Step 2 - Combine mirin, soy sauce and wasabi paste in a medium bowl and add noodles and toss to combine. Arrange noodles evenly between four serving bowls.
  3. Step 3 - Top with salmon, edamame beans, avocado, Lebanese cucumber and sprouts.
Wokka Hints:

Alternatively use smoked salmon slices or sashimi-grade raw salmon slices.
