  • 440g pack WOKKA Thin Egg Noodles
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 chilli, chopped
  • 500g chicken mince
  • ¼ cup fish sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 ½ cups finely sliced chinese cabbage
  • ¼ cup coriander, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup peanuts, toasted
  • Coriander, lime and additional chillies, to garnish


  1. Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2 - Heat oil in a large frying pan. Cook onion, garlic and chilli for 1 minute until tender.
  3. Step 3 - Add chicken and cook over medium heat, whilst breaking up mince with a spatula until meat is just cooked. Add sauces, sugar, cabbage and coriander.
  4. Step 4 - Fold in noodles and serve garnished with peanuts, lime, coriander and additional chilli.
