Ingredients

  • 1 x 440g packet Wokka Singapore Style Noodles
  • ½ cup Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 3 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 200g fresh sashmimi grade tuna or white fish, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • toasted white and black sesame seeds, to serve

Instructions

  1. Step 1 -Soak noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes to soften, drain, refresh in cold water and drain well. In a large bowl, combine noodles with sweet chilli sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce and coriander until well coated.
  2. Step 2 - Place noodles into four serving bowls. Top with tuna, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
