  • 440g pack WOKKA Udon Noodles
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 400g chicken breast, cut into 3cm dice
  • 11⁄2 red capsicum, thinly slice
  • 4 spring onions, cut into 3cm lengths
  • 175g pack WOKKA Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
  • Additional spring onions, for garnish


  1. Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2 - Heat a little of the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Sear chicken cubes in batches until golden, set aside.
  3. Step 3 - Add remaining oil to the pan and cook the capsicum and spring onions for 1-2 minutes over high heat.
  4. Step 4 - Return chicken to the pan, with the noodles and stir fry sauce. Toss well until noodles have been heated through.
  5. Step 5 - Serve Teriyaki chicken and noodles garnished with spring onions.

A delicious Japanese dish.
