  • 440g Wokka Rice Noodles
  • 500g Chicken thigh fillet
  • 1 cup fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 11⁄2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 11⁄2 fish sauce
  • 11⁄2 olive oil
  • 11⁄2 brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper

  • Grated carrot
  • Edamame
  • Mixed green leaves
  • Cucumber
  • Fresh mint
  • Chilli
  • Cabbage or sauerkraut
  • Sprouts
  • Snow Peas


  1. Step 1 - In a small bowl combine coriander, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, olive oil & brown sugar.
  2. Step 2 - Add the chicken and marinate for 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Step 3 - Pre heat the grill to medium high heat. Grill the chicken about 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked throughout.
  4. Step 4 - Prepare noodles per pack instructions then run under cold water & drain. Serve with Wokka rice noodles and fresh herbs and salad.
