  • 440g pack WOKKA Rice Noodles
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 400g beef rump, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1⁄2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 175g pack WOKKA Thai Chilli Basil Stir Fry Sauce
  • Thai basil leaves and sliced chilli, for garnish


  1. Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2 - Heat a little of the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Sear beef strips in batches until well seared, set aside.
  3. Step 3 - Add remaining oil to the pan and cook the onion and capsicum for 2-3 minutes over high heat.
  4. Step 4 - Return beef to the pan, also adding the noodles and stir fry sauce. Toss well until noodles have been heated through and are well coated.
  5. Step 5 - Serve Thai Chilli Basil beef and noodles garnished with basil leaves and chilli slices.

For a truly authentic Thai dish with a hint of chilli.
