  • 440g pack WOKKA Golden Hokkien Noodles
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 400g beef steak (eye or rump), thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 80g snowpeas, sliced
  • Thai basil, for garnish


  1. Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2 - Heat a little of the oil in a large frying pan. Sear beef, in batches until golden, set aside.
  3. Step 3 - Add remaining oil to pan and cook the garlic, capsicum and onion for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Step 4 - Return beef to the pan with the sauces, sugar and snowpeas. Heat through. Add noodles and toss well until noodles have been heated through.
  5. Step 5 - Serve beef and noodles garnished with thai basil.
