  • 440g pack WOKKA Udon Noodles
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 200g swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 2 cups shredded wombok cabbage
  • 100g snow peas, thinly sliced
  • 1⁄2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 175g pack WOKKA Yaki Udon Stir Fry Sauce
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish


  1. Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2 - Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Cook the mushrooms for 1 minute. Add carrot, cabbage, snow peas, capsicum, spring onions, noodles and stir fry sauce.
  3. Step 3 - Toss well until noodles have been heated through and are well coated.
  4. Step 4 - Serve Yaki Udon noodles garnished with sesame seeds.
